Refund policy

HARAL DESIGN handles returns with the ultimate objective of satisfying our customers. You can return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds will be through the original mode of payment within 7-14 business days after receiving the package.

To start a return, please email us at haral@haraldesign.com. After receiving a confirmation email, you can send the product(s) using a courier with counter-payment  The returned products must be unused, with all packaging intact.

If you request a return for damaged product(s), please note that we take the Cargo Damage Claim into account. Therefore, we strongly recommend our customers to check the products at the time of delivery to see if they have arrived in complete and good shape. If you see any defect, file a damage claim.

Bespoke or personalized items cannot be returned, refunded, repaired or exchanged.
